Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is making regular exercise even more beneficial for you with HorizonbFit, the program that rewards you when you stay on track to achieve your fitness goals!

Eligible members who enroll in HorizonbFit & achieve an approved activity by visiting a participating fitness facility or walking over 10,000 steps at least 12 days a month can receive an incentive of $20 a month – Or up to $240 a year!
